SIZING - know your tight wrist measurement!
- STANDARD SIZE- FITS A WRIST THAT TIGHTLY MEASURES 5.5" - 6.25"
- We're happy to custom size! if your wrist tightly measures outside of the above range, please simply leave your tight measurement within the "special instructions" box at check out! However, custom sizing will effect your exchange policy with us. See below.
- If you're ordering a gold chain Lacelet, and need to select a size before checking out, go up 1/2" from your tight wrist measurement when selecting the size!
PROCESSING TIME
- Christmas deadline: All US orders should be placed by Dec 16th.
- Order processing time is an ESTIMATED 5 business days, from the time your order is placed, as all items are handmade. Please know during our sales, processing time can be delayed. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- Please email if you need us to rush your order and a fee may be attached for faster processing.
- Custom pet coins ~ order processing is estimated 10 business days.
- Shipping speed is completely separate from order processing timeline.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to ensure you LOVE your Lace! We're always happy to honor an exchange (non-custom styles only), if the item is in brand new/unused condition.
Please note, as all items are handmade to order, we do not honor returns of any kind. Please contact us to start an exchange, or if you have any questions!
- Custom pieces (design and/or sizing) are not eligible for exchange, as they’re made for you, at your request!
- Approved Exchanges: Please contact us directly for specific instructions! Customer will be responsible for the $10 shipping fee on the new item(s), as well as sending the original item(s) back to us.
